Position: Residential Journeyman Carpenter
Location: Baxter, MN
Responsibilities include constructing, erecting, installing, or repairing structures, along with other construction duties. Must have the ability to lead Carpenters and Apprentice carpenters and read blueprints, interpret details, and layout. Must have a thorough knowledge of the construction process, procedures, methods, and technologies, ability to work safely, productively, and with a high degree of quality and excellence.
A minimum of 5-years’ experience as a Carpenter or equivalent training is required. Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and work with clients and subcontractors professionally are a must. A valid driver’s license and working telephone or other means of communication are required. Travel may be required.
