Position: Residential Project Coordinator
Location: Baxter, MN
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of residential construction professionals as a Project Coordinator!
Nor-Son Custom Builders is a residential builder specializing in custom homes, renovations, and additions with offices in Baxter and Wayzata, MN.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for project execution support to multiple team members. They will provide contract management and financial management support from the beginning of the project (bidding/estimating process), all functions involving the set-up of projects, invoicing, and all contractual and administrative procedures. This position will provide a high level of customer service and requires professionalism in dealing with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other team members.
A minimum of two years administrative and customer service experience along with accounting experience. Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and efficient organizational qualities are necessary. Must be able to collaborate well with others with a high level of professionalism, be a self-starter, and possess the ability to work well independently, multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
Working knowledge of construction management software, such as Builder Trend and/or Procore, PDF Systems, and Sage/Timberline accounting software are preferred.
