Position: Residential Foreman

Description:
The Foreman will serve as a liaison between construction workers and supervisors to ensure things run smoothly at a job site. They will coordinate the tasks for the day, develop schedules for workers and oversee the quality of the project and ensure all safety rules are being followed.
Primary responsibilities will be assisting the on-site project team through all phases of project execution including, supervising project field activities, coordination of subcontractors’, quality and safety culture on the project site, in addition to other duties associated with residential construction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Two years construction experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and internal personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• 10 years or more of previous construction experience.
