Project Overview

Eagles Landing was thoughtfully designed to embrace lakeside living while honoring the history of the property, named for the eagle’s nest overlooking the site on Lake Minnetonka. Following a complete teardown, this custom home was rebuilt as a welcoming retreat with a strong connection to the water and surrounding landscape.

The open main level brings people together, anchored by a spacious kitchen featuring a statement island, quartz backsplash, and clear sightlines to the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame lake views, while a tucked-away game area with hidden storage creates space for gathering and entertaining. Thoughtful details, from white oak flooring and custom cabinetry to a dedicated lake entry with shower access and a private upper-level balcony off the primary suite with a stunning view of the eagle’s nest.

We’re here to hear you.
