Timeless Modern Renovation thoughtfully reimagined a mid-century lake home, transforming a closed-off floor plan into a light-filled retreat designed for modern living and entertaining. Originally built mid-century, the home’s main living spaces were completely reworked to create an open, see-through experience with expansive lake views.

A central masonry fireplace was removed to open sightlines from the kitchen and living areas to the water, while larger expanses of glass and updated rooflines brought a fresh architectural perspective without losing the home’s mid-century character. A lake-facing porch was incorporated into the living space, creating the feeling of floating above the water. The renovation also included a remodeled lower level, modernized exterior, and a detached guest house featuring polished concrete floors, flexible gathering spaces, and comfortable accommodations for family and friends.
