“Our home on Bay Lake has been a Nor-Son project in three separate stages since its beginning in 1998. We acquired it in 2010 when it was still a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom main cabin and a separate “bunk house” with 4 single beds and a bath (attached to the carport, separate from the main cabin). Three years later Nor-Son built a 700 sqft, 2-bedroom, 1-bath addition. In 2025, Nor-Son built another 700 sqft addition (designed by our architect son). This connected the bunk house with the main cabin around the car port and includes a large dining room, another bedroom and bathroom. Both of Nor-Son’s additions were flawless in execution, on-budget, and so perfectly matched in design and materials to the main cabin that they appear to be original to the property. We were fortunate to have Jeremy as leader of the team for both additions—a true professional in every aspect, as is Steve who led the construction of the second addition.  From the large—like the pitch of the roofline or directing the flow of rainwater around the foundation—to the small—like choosing the right doorknobs or faucet handles—we had complete confidence in them.
