Back in 2022 we shared our Top 10 Cabin list. Since that was last year, we want to dive into a handful of cabins we find delightful and inspiring for 2023.
This timber cabin radiates tradition and comfort. With details like the pine tree backsplash, wicker furniture, and exposed stone fireplace, you truly get the feeling of being “up-north” in the home. Modern Farmhouse is a lake cottage with all the comforts and amenities for a multi-generational family. The land had been in the family for years and wanted to build a lake home that would continue the family legacy for generations to come. This home was designed and built by our Nor-Son Custom Builders team and highlights family connection and tradition.
Cabins make up a significant part of Minnesota’s culture. Our rightfully appointed slogan, The Land of 10,000 Lakes, is an ode to our abundance of lakes and how they foster our community and bring us together. Even now in the off season, our community comes together to celebrate this culture with events such as the Minneapolis Boat Show from January 19-22 and the Lake Home and Cabin Show from February 10-12.
