We can’t believe it’s the end of October and it’s no surprise summer warmth is well behind us. Kids are back at school, routines are setting in, and the holiday season is around the corner. This is the time of year we hand over new custom homes and break ground on others.  

This month, we decided to showcase our Nor-Son Custom Builders Wayzata team. Brody, Pat & Nick are handing over some great custom homes to homeowners and have several others under construction. But one thing you may not be aware of is they are also thinking of Spring!

This is the time of year they begin collaborating with clients, architects, and interior designers on new custom homes or renovations that will start next Spring. This client-focused approach gives clients correct cost information, useful constructability advice, and detailed scheduling information while making critical decisions during the design. Having these checks and balances along the way keeps everyone on the same page. No surprises!
